We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Executives to join our team and drive business growth through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Job Description:

- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through various channels

- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential clients interested in our finance consulting services

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to penetrate new markets, acquire new clients, and expand the company's customer base

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales targets, goals, and objectives, and develop action plans to achieve them

- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for differentiation and drive innovation in our sales approach

Skills Preferred:

- Masters in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

- Business Development exp, preferably in the financial services or consulting industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans

- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to leverage sales data and insights to inform strategic and tactical decisions.

- High level of initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed to meet business needs

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
