GuestHouser - Executive - Business Development (0-3 yrs)
Key Responsibility :
- Prospect potential new clients and turn them into long-term clients
- Travel to various locations within the country for the purpose of obtaining business
- Cold-calling within a specified market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers and build relationships with them
- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with the team to develop proposals that address clients' needs, concerns, and objectives
- Participate in pricing the solution/service
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to bring about a positive conclusion
- Use a variety of marketing styles to persuade or negotiate
Skills & Qualifications :
- The required qualification is a Bachelor's degree in any stream. A post-graduate degree would be a plus
- The necessary skills include good networking, persuasive conversationalist, ease with public speaking, strong research ability, motivation for sales, prospecting skills, identification of customer needs and challenges, meeting sales goals, professionalism and knowledge of Microsoft Office
