Job Description :

1. Interface with Client at the front & of the Clinic.

2. Meet clients for explaining Services, take calls & appointments.

3. Handles Billings & petty cash.

4. Maintains clinics specific reports.

5. Responsible for achieving share or the sales revenue & service quality targets of clinic.

6. Rostering of team schedule.

7. Inventory & stock management.

8. Taking Care of Housekeeping.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Graduates in any stream / hospitality & hotel management. Minimum 1 Years of experience of Retail or any relevant industry.

2. Pleasing personality & good communication skills.

3. Able to handle service coordination.

4. Computer savvy - ability to use Excel & E mail systems.

5. Potential to grow into next Assistant Centre Manager Roll in next one or two year.

Checklist for Clinic Managers

1. Undergo training for a period of 21 days

2. No office cubicle or cabin will sit at front desk during shifts

3. Its is a unisex clinics - will have to interact with male & female clients

4. Will have to wear uniform at all times when present in clinics - including formal shoes

5. Self grooming - involving basic make up as determined by the organization, hair,nails

6. Jewellery norms - nose rings, bangles, anklets, mangalsutra, chains, finger rings not allowed

7. Deduction of uniform deposit - Rs. 5000 in two installments. Repaid after one year.

8. Notice period two months or two month's salary in lieu of notice

9. Six day working - with one weekly off.

10. Work timings - Two shifts 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm.

11. Lunch break of not more than 30 mins to be taken

12. Supervisors approval required for going out of clinic during working hours

13. Uniform not to be worn outside the clinic unless going out for official purposes
