Guenstiger India - Analyst - Digital Marketing (1-3 yrs)
As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you would be responsible for managing shopping campaigns at Google and Bing.
Responsibilities :
- Proactively monitor campaign performance to foresee and resolve issues before they occur.
- Perform independent campaign analysis with definite conclusions and actions.
- Define campaign growth initiatives with estimated timelines and expected results.
- Complete ownership of P&L for assigned campaigns.
- Proactively identify and evaluate new campaign opportunities and convert them into short-term or long-term projects.
- Collaborate actively with engineering, sales, and operations functions to ensure the resolution of day-to-day issues.
- Participate in departmental or cross-team meetings to communicate results and issues.
- Drive the product delivery process including ad specification, quality assurance, rollout, and optimization.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking.
Requirements :
- Positive, persistent, and "can-do" attitude.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing including Shopping Campaigns and feed management.
- Hands-on expertise in AdWords/BingAds tools to deploy, optimize, and grow campaigns.
- Ability and willingness to quickly complete large volumes of work with high quality.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong track record of setting and achieving goals.
- Extremely well organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- B.Tech/BE with proven quantitative and analytical skills.
Bonus :
- Expertise in MS Excel including proficiency in organizing data for analysis, pivot table building, and chart construction.
- Familiarity with SQL/Unix programming is a plus
