GTM Role - Digital Acquisition - FMCG/Telecom/Online (4-8 yrs)
Core Responsibilities :
- Define the the market and the TG with industry
- Generate qualified traffic and acquire customers across online and mobile marketing channels, including paid/natural search marketing, programmatic display, digital retargeting, social media networks, and other channels as appropriate
- Development of compelling customer propositions, segmentation and offer strategies to drive aggressive growth of Serve and American Express Gift Card through digital and mobile channels.
- Continually analyze and optimize both front and back end campaign performance using split and multivariate testing, executing changes based on quantitative, actionable insight.
- Identify highest value customer segments and tailor online marketing efforts to attract and retain these customers
- Work closely with brand and product teams to create, manage and optimize digital creatives, landing pages, and the registration/purchase flow
Qualifications :
- Education : B-Tech & MBA or B-Tech
- Years of experience : 4-8 Years relevant experience in online customer acquisition
- Professional attributes : People who are leading end to end (MarkTech = tech + marketing) Driver, Delivery Bikers or suppliers online acquisitions and driving complete awareness, on-boarding, training, usages and revenue drive .
