GSA TechWorld - Executive - Business Development (0-1 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Generating Leads for the company.
- Track and connect with the building owners in the given vicinity/micro market.
- Be active on the ground and source brown field inventory as per company requirements.
- Track, analyze, scout and convert the prospects into brown field- partners
- Onboard properties and complete the process to make them "Live" by ensuring documentation, also coordinating with transformation and sales teams in the process.
- Make sure to provide all partners/building owners with the needed information and ensure agreements are executed in a time bound manner.
- Assessing opportunities to acquire new inventory, market research on pricing and competition analysis.
- Making sure to capture the proper details as per the company requirements and achieve mandated signings.
Requirements:-
- Fresher or 6 months experience candidates can apply
- MBA/PGDM/MCA/BCA/BCS students pursuing Sales/Marketing Specialization.
- Fluency in local language will be preferred.
- Meet monthly/Quarterly targets.
