Job Description : 

- Create/identify business opportunities for adoption of GS1 standards and solutions across Retail, e-Commerce, Healthcare and Govt. sectors & services to meet individual and team targets.

- Study and understand client requirements & their supply chain business processes across Industry sectors and configure & sell solutions based on GS1 standards.

- Develop and expand business relationship with key clients and maintain close interaction with various departments.

- Keep abreast with global developments on emerging technologies, applications related to IoT, blockchain, AI etc and on how they can be deployed to enhance supply chain performance across organisations.

- Develop close linkage/relationship with Industry, Govt. and trade bodies on standards advocacy.

Candidate profile : 

Education: B.Tech/B.E. and PG - MBA/PGDM)

- Self-starter with ability to work independently.

- Ability to think - out of the box- and conceptualize innovative & creative solutions.

- Should possess strong techno-commercial skills, excellent client relationship building capabilities and demonstrated result orientation.

- Extensive interaction would also be required with Government bodies, Regulators and Industry at the highest levels to enable wide adoption of GS1 standards.

- Fast learner with ability & willingness to adapt to new technologies & changing business environment.

- Experience in enterprise sales & marketing, preferably of ERP/software solutions/service marketing across FMCG/Retail/e-Commerce/Healthcare

- Must be highly creative, result oriented and self-motivated with ability to understand technologies, configure solutions and generate revenue to meet individual and team targets and goals.

- Graduation in Engineering from known institutions and experience in professional organizations with excellent presentation, written, communication skills and maturity to interact at very senior levels in Industry/Govt.
