GruBox - Business Development Specialist (3-7 yrs)
Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Specialist to join our sales team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales for the vending machine verticle. Your main focus will be on identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions. We are looking for someone with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the vending machine market.
Responsibilities :
- Generate sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the vending machine industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable vending machine solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and present comprehensive proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to secure sales contracts.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the facility management/hospitality/F&B corp industry or related field.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of vending machine products and their applications.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
