GRS Fantasy Park - Sales Coordinator (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Product knowledge : Staying up-to-date on products, features, and applications to effectively communicate value.
2. Sales calls : Conducting high-volume sales calls to prospects and customers.
3. Quota achievement : Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
4. Account management : Managing existing customer relationships, upselling, and cross-selling.
5. Data entry : Accurately updating CRM systems with customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.
Required Skills :
1. Good Communication in Kannada and English
2. Prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and be thorough with documentation
3. Analyze sales data to identify needs and track sales goals
4. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to hit sales targets
5. Be analytical and able to work independently to meet deadlines
6. Provide excellent customer service
7. Update the CRM system with customer and sales details accurately
