Growtomation - Associate - Sales (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Accelerate customer acquisition : Identify the Customer's objectives and pitch value proposition.
- End-to-end Client Management : Own sales funnel through lead generation, outreach, onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion, and loyalists
- Foster relationships: Invest in building strategic partnerships with key customers
- Work collaboratively across teams : Technology, Growth, and Marketing
- Execute sales plan : Envision strategy for business development and achieve Sales Quota
- Process compliance : Adherence to all processes related to Sales Funnel reporting & tracking, Sales forecasting, etc.
Skills And Qualifications :
- Graduate/Post Graduate with 0-1 years of experience in sales or business development in SAAS/Digital Marketing. Experience in International Markets.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal & written. Proven experience in opportunity identification & qualification, email/proposal drafts creation, pre-call planning, call control, and account development.
- Strong analytical skills : Demonstrated ability to use customer research & insight mining. Proficiency in MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Working experience with prospecting tools such as Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc., and CRM platforms - Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc will be a huge advantage.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate client objectives to the internal technical team.
