- Now, with the new vertical GrowthX India is looking for someone who can take up a senior role after successfully completing a probation period of 3 months as a Creative Head at GrowthX India and lead a team(s) - During the probation period the Graphic Designer will would be responsible for

- Work simultaneously on 5 -10+ projects based on current client workload

- Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including infographics

- Put together disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs and other components necessary for a website design

- Consult with clients- marketing, copywriting and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our clients- corporate cultures and goals.

- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design

- Using innovation to redefine a design brief within time and cost constraints

- Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers

- Working with a range of media, including Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator,& After Effects and keeping up to date with emerging technologies

- Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work

- Liaising with clients to determine their requirements and budget

- Working with clients,briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales.

- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations,company logos and websites.

- Reviewing final layouts and suggestions improvements if required
