Job Description :

What are we looking for ?

- We are seeking passionate Inside Sales Representatives with a proven track record of success in executing sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.

- Experience in EdTech Sales is highly desirable, and knowledge of regional languages is a plus.

Work Schedule : Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Requirements :

The ideal candidate should have :

- 0-1 year of experience in EdTech Sales.

- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets.

- High emotional and intellectual intelligence.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Knowledge of regional languages is a plus.

- Immediate availability is preferred.

- Prior experience in Inside Sales or Retention Sales is a must.

- Prior team management experience is an advantage.
