Business Development Manager
GrowthPal is a funded startup, founded by a strong and experienced team from IITs, IIMs and Stern working in a digital investment banking space for small to mid sized deals globally. We are disrupting deal sourcing via tech, team and network.
We are looking for smart individuals who are passionate about developing business in new markets and can take ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound efforts such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach (in India, US)
2) Schedule meetings with the clients to discuss about GrowthPal. Identify right decision makers and reach out to them
3) Be proactive at figuring out creative ways to reach out and smartly navigate your way to get in touch with decision-makers. Own content templates and strategy for reach outs
4) Own monthly quota and exceed them
5) Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system
Skills & Requirements:
1) Excellent clarity in communication
2) Prior track record of meeting / exceeding quota
3) Have a hustler attitude
Salary: As per industry standards
