Growthpal - Head/Vice President - B2B Digital Marketing (3-7 yrs)
GrowthPal is an early-stage funded startup, founded by a strong and experienced team from IITs, IIMs, and BITS Pilani, working in a digital investment banking space. We are creating a new category of - Personalized Digital Investment Banking- and have seen initial success of the model and are now looking to scale the model through aggressive lead generation.
We are looking for very bright, ambitious and creative individuals, who have had relevant experience and have demonstrated a good track record in SaaS/Digital Marketing space.
1) Develop demand generation strategy and own execution of its associated plan
2) Design lead generation campaigns for India, US & other international geographies
3) Collaborate with sales and product team to make sure marketing objectives are met
4) Develop marketing collateral roadmap and work with content writers to implement it
5) Plan, report, and manage monthly marketing budgets
6) Manage/automate marketing and sales processes in CRM tools
7) Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, etc.) and conversion rate optimization
8) Plan, monitor, maintain & report monthly marketing budgets
9) Anything that is relevant in a leadership role
Required experience :
1) 3-7 years of work experience in B2B marketing roles in high growth startups preferably SaaS companies
Salary: As per industry standards
Location: While the core team is based out of Pune, we are flexible on the location for this role as we are looking for a very self-driven person.
