Growthpal - Business Development Representative (1-3 yrs)
GrowthPal is an early-stage startup, founded by a strong and experienced team from IITs, IIMs, and BITS Pilani, working in a digital investment banking space. We are looking for smart individuals who are ready to dirty their shoes and are interested to work in a startup culture. Someone who can lead, take ownership of tasks, and wear multiple hats across roles.
Job Description, include but is not limited to :
1) Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts
2) Generate new business opportunities from a targeted list of potential partners
3) Focus on generating qualified prospects via social selling, reaching out, prospecting and networking
4) Qualify inbound leads and pass them to the business team
5) Keep track of funding momentum in the startup industry and global corporates looking to partner with startups
Preferred experience :
1) 1-3 years of work experience as Business Development Representative and Sales Development Representative
Salary : As per industry standards
