GrowthHive - Manager - Social Media Marketing (2-5 yrs)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager with at least 3 years of experience running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for the US market and 2 years of experience in content creation.
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on digital marketer with expertise in ad campaign execution, ad copywriting, landing page optimization, social media content creation, and performance tracking. This role requires someone who can handle everything from strategy to execution and ensure high ROI on ad spend.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing:
- Plan, create, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) targeting the US market.
- Write high-converting ad copies tailored for different audience segments.
- Set up and manage lead generation, conversion, and retargeting campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, ad copies, targeting, and landing pages.
- Optimize campaigns for cost efficiency, lead quality, and maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with Meta's ad policies, industry trends, and algorithm updates.
Ad Copywriting & Creative Development:
- Craft engaging ad copies that align with brand tone and objectives.
- Work on different ad formats, including carousel ads, video ads, and static images.
- Collaborate with designers to create high-quality creatives that drive engagement.
- Adapt messaging based on campaign objectives and target audiences.
Landing Page Optimization & Strategy :
- Optimize and test landing pages for improved conversion rates.
- Work with designers and developers to enhance UI/UX and reduce drop-off rates.
- Ensure landing pages align with ad messaging for consistency and better performance.
Social Media Management & Content Creation:
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and execute a content calendar with engaging posts, stories, and reels.
- Create short-form videos and collaborate with designers for compelling visuals.
- Analyze engagement metrics to refine content strategies.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Track and report on campaign performance, engagement, and lead quality.
- Use Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools to analyze data.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve ad performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for the US market.
- At least 2 years of experience in content creation (ad copies, social media posts, video content).
- Strong expertise in ad copywriting, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and handling multiple tasks.
