Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Inside Sales Executive (B2B Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, pitching products/services, generating leads, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales.

2. Conduct data mining and research to identify potential leads.

3. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups to close the leads.

4. Conduct online meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.

5. Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services.

6. Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.

7. Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM software.

8. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

9. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to drive customer satisfaction.

10. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to the management team.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-3 years in Telecalling based outbound sales of software solution/software services

2. Sales Skills: Strong ability to generate leads on your own, negotiate deals, and close sales.

3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and handle field sales operations effectively.

5. Multilingual: Ability to speak a regional language (apart from English and Hindi) will be an advantage.

6. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
