GrowthAlly Advisors - Telecaller (1-3 yrs)
Detailed Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Calling clients from the database to check out, or create interest in organization services and set up their meeting with Business Development professionals.
2. Prospect for new clients daily from various lead sources, and references and generate a strong pipeline
3. Calling active and budding clients, and maintaining interpersonal relations in a manner that they would help with references
4. Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to set up the meeting
5. Input/manage client and lead databases
Essential Skills :
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Creative thinking skills.
3. The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
4. Good convincing ability
5. Working knowledge of MS Office.
6. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
7. The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
