Qualification : CA or MBA (Finance)
Experience : Minimum 2 years
Location : Mumbai
Roles and Responsibility :
1. Deal with corporate clients from SME's or large corporations and advice them on various banking and financial products and services offered by various banks
2. Should have sound financial knowledge, thorough information about company's various
offerings in order to identify the needs of customers and advice them accordingly
3. Making presentation (PPT,IM,Teaser) on the projects and performing Financial Feasibility analysis (Financial model, CMA, Ratio Analysis)
4. Need to have an understanding of various banking products and services
5. Interact with Banks and other financial institutions to execute business proposals
6. Need to prepare and present financing arrangements to potential financiers
7. Structure and negotiate terms acceptable to market partners
8. Provide market intelligence and update on the debt market, liquid analysis of the market supporting the deal proposal
