Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
3. Building/analyzing detailed business models
4. Researching and pursuing new business opportunities
5. Identifying clients' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions
6. Meticulously taking all relevant checks and balances as per company policy
7. Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process
8. Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients
9. Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner
10. Knowledge of Venture Capital and Debt Funds would be an advantage
