Growth Sales Role - SaaS Firm (5-7 yrs)
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the SaaS industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in SaaS sales and business development.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a SaaS-based company.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
