Growth Sales Manager - Insurance (4-6 yrs)
We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and fostering client relationships. Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation : Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
Sales Process : Optimize the sales process and pipeline to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Market Analysis : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
