Growth Sales Manager - Insurance (4-6 yrs)

We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and fostering client relationships. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Market Expansion : Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company's reach and grow the customer base.

Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.

Performance Tracking : Monitor sales performance and metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team.

Lead Generation : Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital marketing.

Sales Process : Optimize the sales process and pipeline to improve efficiency and conversion rates.

Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Market Analysis : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales and business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and best practices.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
