Growth Marketing Specialist - Paid Media & Conversion Rate Optimization (4-5 yrs)
Position : Growth Marketing Specialist - Paid Media & CRO
Type of Role : Full time
Years of Exp. required : 4 to 5 years
Academic Background : A Graduate from Any Technical field ( Engineering, BSC - IT/Comps ) etc. or Marketing Field
- Work from Office ( Hyderabad )
- 5 Days of Work Week
Primary Responsibilities :
- Develop, Implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms Google, Linkedin, Facebook and other leading platforms
- Conduct keyword research and analysis for campaign optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed for maximum ROI
- Manage budgets and bids to ensure cost-effective campaign performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals
- Track and report on key performance metrics to stakeholders
- Should be well versed with CRO optimization
- Create Buyer personas and Buyer journeys on CRM
Who are we looking for ?
- We are looking for a Growth Marketer who is an expert in Demand/lead generation, data focused, analytical enough to strategize and plan Performance Marketing Campaigns
- Perform CRO activities across all channels of Digital Marketing
- You will be responsible for generating MQL's ( Marketing Qualified Leads ) through demand generation efforts, build a CPL & ROAS efficient pipeline and run paid campaigns to translate MQL's to SQL's
