Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic B2B Marketing Executive with 2 - 3 years of experience to focus on lead generation. In this frontline role, you will actively generate and manage leads to drive business growth, utilizing tools and platforms to identify, nurture, and convert high-quality leads. This is a critical role in driving business success, where you will directly contribute to generating new business opportunities.

Location : Bengaluru (Currently seeking candidates based in Bengaluru)

Work mode : Hybrid (3days in office)

CTC Offered : As per experience and industry

Key Responsibilities :

a) Execute B2B lead generation strategies to identify potential clients across various industries.

b) Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, intent marketing platforms, and email automation systems to drive prospecting and outreach efforts.

c) Run targeted email and LinkedIn marketing campaigns to engage leads and generate interest.

d) Manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.

e) Post content on LinkedIn regularly to boost engagement and generate leads.

f) Ensuring content on website is up to date and is optimized for lead generation.

g) Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and increase lead generation.

h) Analyze lead data and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI.

i) Qualify leads by assessing potential fit, pain points, and readiness for sales engagement.

j) Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure smooth handoff and follow-up of leads.

k) Track and report lead generation metrics, providing insights for campaign improvement.

Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years of B2B lead generation and digital marketing experience.

a) Proficient with lead generation tools and CRM platforms.

b) Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and lead nurturing.

c) Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

d) Excellent communication and organizational skills.

e) Willing to work hard and take on additional responsibilities.

f) Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast paced, results driven environment.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Certifications in digital marketing, lead generation, or CRM tools (e.g., LinkedIn, HubSpot etc) are a plus.

- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva will be a big plus.

- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or other marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
