Key Roles And Responsibilities :
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies : Lead the development and execution of data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Influencer Marketing : Collaborate with influencers and industry partners to develop and execute impactful campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive targeted traffic to our platform.
- Operational Project Management : Oversee end-to-end execution of smaller marketing projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Campaign Optimization : Utilize analytics tools to analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and optimize strategies to improve ROI and key metrics.
- Content Strategy : Work closely with the content team to develop compelling messaging and content strategies that resonate with our target audience and align with growth objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and ensure cohesive messaging and customer experience.
- Market Research and Insights : Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
- Budget Management : Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources strategically, and track expenditures to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record in growth marketing, with demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition and retention strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing, and reporting tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
