Growth Marketing & Social Commerce Role (10-12 yrs)

Responsibilities :

Develop and Implement Growth Strategies :

- Design and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, repeat and retention

- Identify and leverage new social commerce opportunities to expand market reach and revenue through farmer network.

Social Commerce Strategy :

- Lead the development and execution of social commerce initiatives thought the Farmer Network to achieve the budgeted revenue.

- Optimize product listings, advertisements, and customer experiences on the app.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with the marketing, product and customer service teams to align growth and social commerce strategies with overall business goals and revenue targets.

- Collaborate with the product team to optimize the user journey and improve conversion rates on the App.

Customer Acquisition and Retention :

- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to attract new users through social commerce.

- Create retention strategies to keep existing users engaged and reduce churn on the App.

- Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets.

Market Research :

- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in social commerce.

- Analyze competitor strategies and performance to inform growth tactics.

Budget Management :

- Manage the growth and social commerce marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

- Track and report on budget performance and ROI.

Data Analysis and Reporting :

- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to social commerce.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 10-12 years of experience in product management, growth marketing, social commerce, marketing, or a related role.

- Proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue through social commerce.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization methodologies.

- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
