Growth Marketing/Customer Retention Specialist - D2C Apparel Brand (3-7 yrs)
Position Overview :
- As a Growth Specialist (Retention), you will play a pivotal role in driving customer loyalty and maximizing customer lifetime value. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Retention Strategy Development : Devise and execute comprehensive retention strategies, including targeted email campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized experiences, to maximize customer retention rates.
Customer Segmentation : Analyze customer data to identify key segments and tailor retention strategies to address the unique needs and preferences of different customer groups and genders.
Lifecycle Marketing : Implement effective lifecycle marketing campaigns to guide customers through various stages, from onboarding to post-purchase, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
Feedback Analysis : Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address pain points, ultimately enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to customer retention across all touchpoints.
Performance Measurement : Develop KPIs and metrics to track the success of retention initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize strategies.
A/B Testing : Conduct A/B testing on different retention strategies to identify the most effective approaches and continuously optimize campaigns for better performance.
Experience & Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in a retention-focused role within the e-commerce or D2C industry, preferably in kidswear, apparel, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent understanding of customer behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
- Deep understanding of email marketing platforms, WhatsApp for business, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and analytics tools.
- Ambition to stay ahead of the curve in marketing automation.
- Creative mindset with the ability to work with the Marketing and Creative Team to develop innovative and engaging retention campaigns.
- Analyse and present data with actionable insights.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
