Job Description:
1. End to end management of the youtube channel(s) from a growth perspective
2. Complete ownership of the target metrics for the exponential growth of the channel(s)
3. Ownership of the quality metrics of the videos on the channel(s)
4. Work on data-driven schedule for publishing video content on the channel(s)
5. Collaboration with multiple teams for timely delivery and publishing of video content
6. Optimising the title, description & tags for search optimization of the video content
7. Work on editing and post-production of videos as required to meet the schedules & timelines
