Growth Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

We are looking for :
- A founding team member who is passionate, entrepreneurial, and wants to contribute to the making of a company that will redefine the health insurance and health-tech industry as we know it.
- This is a unique opportunity to build an InsurTech platform from scratch and lead the business development and sales of the company.
Job Profile :
- Member of the Founding Team Company's primary interface with the client Responsible for lead management and lead conversion
- Pitching group health products to clients Understanding client requirements and generate quotes through insurance partners
- Developing client proposals
- Negotiating and nudging clients to make the right decision
- Handing over to client success team upon conversion for client onboarding /endorsements Overseeing policy and claim management queries of employees
- Responsible for customer growth, acquisition, retention, and up-selling
- Supporting Chief Growth Officer on experimenting growth hack collaborations Identifying gaps to improve growth metrics of the company Acting as a mentor to other peers who join the team Collaborating with the core team to achieve the company's vision
Job Specifications : 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales (experience of insurance broking is an added plus) Strong financial, commercial acumen with a knack for negotiations Excellent in verbal and written communication Meticulous, organized and diligent in work style Advanced proficiency with MS Office
Candidates with MBA from Tier 2 / Tier 3 B-schools are preferred
