This organisation is a pioneer in introducing instant loans & salary advances/financing

Job Title : Growth Manager - Hospitech/Hospifin

- Budget for this position will be based on relevant experience, current CTC & market standards but not exceeding 11 -13 LPA

- 4 - 6 yrs. B2B/B2C sales and key account management in Healthcare segment including hospital empanelment.

- Reaching out to the customers and explaining the various financial products/schemes of Healthfin and managing till closing the deals and documentation

Core Responsibilities :

- Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.

- Connecting with the Key persons in the Account handled on a regular basis and maintaining a cordial relationship for generating further sales.

- Implementing the marketing, sales strategy in their store, in line with the company and the store's strategy for acquisition and servicing of clients.

- Reaching out to the customers and explaining the various financial products/schemes of Healthfin as well as recommending the best fit product based on customer profile.

- Closing the deals and documentation, and proper follow up to complete the sales cycle.

- Extend customer care service support to the client throughout the sales cycle

Experience :

- B2B sales and key account management in Healthcare segment.

- Strong sales skills including - closing skills, motivation, prospecting, planning, selling to customer needs, territory management, market knowledge, presentation skills, energy levels and meeting sales goals.

- Relationship management, strategy development, problem solving and change management skills.

- Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, strong in building relationship, team player, dynamic, creative with ability to work on own initiative.

- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong oral and written communication skills.

- Business related computer skills.

- Strong business acumen and market orientation skills.

- Self - driven and Target oriented.

- Strong leadership and Distribution management skills.
