Growth Manager - Sales (2-7 yrs)
Qualifications :
You should have the following qualifications :
1. Min. 2 years experience beating targets in a B2B sales role, preferably in startups
2. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally
3. Familiarity with field sales, client meetings, and the dynamics of building and maintaining client relationships
4. Fluent in the local language and proficient in English
5. A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field
Key Responsibilities :
As a Growth Manager, you will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Cold Calling : Initiate and conduct cold calling activities, especially in the initial phase, to build a robust sales pipeline
- Field Work : Willingness to spend a significant amount of time on the field, meeting clients, and closing deals
- Presentation : Present oneself professionally during client interactions, effectively showcasing the company's services
Working hours are 9:30 am-6:30 pm Mon.-Sat. with 2nd and 4th sat off.
