Growth Manager/Lead - Digital/Alternate Channel & Marketing (5-9 yrs)
Role : Growth Manager/Lead - Alternate Channels or Lead - Digital Channels & Marketing
Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai (Work from Office role)
Responsibilities :
- This role offers the chance to take the lead in developing & scaling digital channels to drive growth of a micro lending business - it's a platform to innovate and build digital solutions for the real Bharat!
- Digital marketing led customer acquisition (opportunity to build out a team or work with an agency)
- Grow referral & rejected database programs for customer acquisition
- Initiate other channels (not DSA/connector channel) and tie ups/partnership with affiliates
Requirements :
- Educational background - flexible, MBA preferred
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing/digital sales, preferably in retail/consumer/financial services/lending businesses OR 5 years of experience in building alternate sales channels (not DSA channel) in traditional retail/consumer/financial services/lending businesses
- Prefer proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and performance marketing tools
- Should be willing to take risk and entrepreneurial in his/her thinking
