Growth Manager - International Market - eCommerce (4-10 yrs)
As a Ecommerce Growth Manager - International Business(Amazon Global, D2C, Digital Eco-system) you would help us win and expand in international markets. You will be responsible to discover, validate and prioritize international needs within the organization and manage projects through completion.
Job Description :
- Oversee all aspects of newly launched and/or to be launched international ecommerce business including business planning, online marketing, product management, merchandising, analytics, customer service and technology.
- Successfully launch the brand on marketplaces and D2C channel as per business plans and requirements
- Work with Amazon global teams and local teams to set-up and grow business in the respective international markets
- Monitor in depth the paid marketing campaigns and coordinate with current team on a daily basis, to ensure highest possible ROAS and overall ROI. Monitor and drive sales from different channels of marketing including Direct, SEM, Marketplaces, Affiliate, Email, Social and others.
- Data driven approach and very strong knowledge of Amazon, AMS, Google
- Identifies risks, threats, or opportunities that could impact the success of the project. Identify, create and channelize new areas of opportunities in ecommerce sales
- Overlook the day to day management of online sales to ensure effective and timely delivery and continuous growth through sales optimization and customer satisfaction.
- Partner closely with Business Leaders, Customer Service, Operational, and other cross functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals
- Build, lead and guide different cross-functional teams as required, to effectively drive execution and performance.
- Create KPIs for the teams and drive the teams towards achievement of their KPIs. Work with different teams of operations, product, marketing, merchandising, accounts and analytics for achieving its overall business goal
- Develop knowledge around business and functional domains and understand business and process related challenges to identify and execute improvement opportunities through a blend of process re-engineering, process simplification and process management.
Skills To Perform This Role :
- Experience of driving business and products in the digital eco-system (marketplaces and D2C )
- Experience in managing SEM accounts with international geographies is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills is mandate. Hands on tools like Google Analytics/AMS
- Business experience especially projects related to EU/Japan/UK would be a plus
- An exceptional listener and a skilled communicator, both verbal and written
- Solid work ethics, Detail-oriented and highly motivated self-starter
- Able to work comfortably in ambiguity
- Strong commitment to timelines, accuracy and organization.
- Ability to multi-task believes in Roll up your sleeves attitude
