Growth Leader - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor sales teams to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with high-value clients and strategic partners.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine sales tactics and messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications:
- 1.5+ years of experience in sales leadership or sales strategy roles, with a proven record of driving growth.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach in driving sales.
- Experience in Insurance is a plus.
