Role Overview :
We are looking for a skilled Growth Lead to join our team and drive our company's growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in HealthTech startups and possess a strong understanding of data-driven strategies for user acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze data critically to recommend new and scalable strategies to improve acquisition and retention numbers.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration across key geographies, with a focus on the Ayurveda industry.
- Identify potential locations for opening new fulfillment centers based on sales growth and future strategies.
- Analyze, structure, and solve select business problems to drive targeted demand efforts across sales segments.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales teams to ensure retention and acquisition goals are met effectively.
Desired Qualifications :
- Minimum 6 years of experience driving growth in a tech startup, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- MBA / CA / Btech from IIT/IIM/ISB/CA/MDI is preferred.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Ability to deliver against short timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Location : Preferably Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
