Growth Hacker - IT (3-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and create strategic framework for growth channels including paid marketing and other inorganic marketing channels by leveraging internal support & driving collaboration with the key stakeholders in product development, business &; creative support team.

- Establish product positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives of strengthening digital presence of our business.

- Fighting customer churn & spreading product evangelism by managing all channels of user acquisition. 


- Constantly evaluating product-channel fit for growth in a goal-based setting.

- Conceptualize and optimize marketing solutions in the viewpoint of customer acquisition by advertisements & targeted campaigns on various digital channels; aligning to key business metrics in all stages. (Acquisition -Activation -Retention - Referral - Revenue)

- Curate insights from Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads Manager on customer segmentation and journey. Validate optimization hypotheses through periodic A/B testing.

- Track performance KPIs across all acquisition channels to optimize ROI. Ensure benchmarks of App Installs,Total Activations, CPA are met by periodic analysis and robust plan of action.

Requirements:

- Must have an entrepreneurial mindset. Experience in growth phase startup is a mandate.

- MBA in Marketing from Tier 1 college with 0 to 2 years of experience OR Marketing professional with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in growth / performance marketing including SEM.

- Should be able to articulate and publish communication which Indian SMEs understand.

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Presentations etc.

- Strong data - driven approach and orientation to detail towards problems.

- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

- Basic understanding of SMEs in India will be a bonus.

Education:

- Should be able Speak and Write language Indian SMEs understand.

- Certification in - Hunger for Growth- .

- Knowledge of Beer and Spirits will be bonus.
