As a Growth Hacker, you will be fully responsible for driving bottom-line growth by bringing challenging ideas and marketing campaigns that drive brand, product and business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company's online presence and help it find a voice that will make a difference. The other responsibilities include:
- Leading social media marketing
- Creating virality and prioritizing growth channels
- Overseeing content marketing and running marketing campaigns across platforms
- Testing and optimizing marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization
- Cracking an organic growth strategy - product focused
- Optimizing current website architecture, category taxonomies and content (new and existing) to maximize results, grow traffic and improve user experience
- Creating A/B testing (digital marketing tools) especially for online campaigns for registrations, downloads and monthly actives
- Measuring and optimizing results using growth hacking tools, email marketing campaigns, CRM etc.
Candidate Profile:
- 2-4 years of similar and relevant growth hacking experience preferably in online B2C Brands
- Analytical mindset- should be keen to work with data and spot patterns to leverage in digital marketing strategy
- Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords
- In depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
