Growth Executive/Intern - Business Development - IT (0-2 yrs)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include :
1. Developing growth strategies that focus on both customer acquisition, channel development and customer retention.
2. Researching to identify new markets and customer needs.
3. Arranging business meetings with prospective clients
4. Taking a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
5. Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews and working on meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
6. Promoting the company's services and addressing or predicting clients' objectives
7. Keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
8. Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to our customers
9. Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Background :
- Bachelor's degree (eg. BBA, Bcom) final year students/freshers.
- Master's degree (eg. MBA, Mcom) final year students/freshers
- Some prior experience in Sales Or Relevant Role would be preferred.
Skills Required :
- Self-starter with excellent communication, data presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with different functional teams and levels to lead the achievement of the objective.
