GrowSeven - Inside Sales/Business Development Role (1-3 yrs)
GrowSeven is looking for an Inside Sales/Business Development person who will identify business opportunities by developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase interest and qualify leads for the Sales team. The candidate will have a keen understanding of GrowSeven product offerings.
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients and build a sales pipeline for the Sales Managers via outbound calling, email communications.
- Qualify, allocate sales leads and initiate face-to-face appointments with Sales team
- Find unique ways to attract the attention of different verticle clients
- Sync up with Sales Manager post meeting to determine meeting output and follow up appropriately to close the loop
- Communicate on a daily, weekly and monthly basis via phone and emails in accordance with the strategic plan and goal as developed by the Sales Head.
- Log and record each-and-every outreach made, in CRM, producing regular activity reports as requested by Sales Head.
- Act as a bridge between Marketing and Sales. Be cognizant of each marketing initiative, and work toward corporate objectives
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with proven sales track record.
