Grownix - Digital Marketing Role (0-1 yrs)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns : Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Content Strategy : Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast) across multiple digital platforms to engage and attract target audiences.
Social Media Management : Manage and grow the company's presence across social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
SEO and SEM : Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO to improve search engine rankings and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Analytics and Reporting : Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Use data and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, such as content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and brand consistency.
Market Research : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market shifts.
