About the Role :

- You will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring the success of marketing campaigns. This includes tasks such as creating email lists, designing email templates, writing compelling subject lines and content, executing email campaigns, analyzing and interpreting campaign data, and making adjustments to improve campaign performance. You will be trained to design campaigns from the ground up and execute them, this includes different types of campaigns and not just email campaigns.

- You will be responsible for management of CRM and leads generated. You will also be involved in regular sales discussions with senior management.

Your Responsibilities :

1. Maintain and update the company's database of current and potential clients, including contact information and sales activity

2. Collect and analyze data on sales and marketing activities, and create regular reports for senior team members

3. Assist senior team members with scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments

4. Help manage the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts

5. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to help identify new business opportunities

6. Work collaboratively with other members of the sales and marketing team to achieve departmental and company goals

7. Assist in the management and maintenance of the company's CRM system, including data entry, updates, and organization.

What you Will need :

1. Strong written communication, analytical skills

2. Should have a knowledge of excel/google sheets

3. Should be available to join from on immediate basis

4. Should be able to come to office from Mon-Fri

5. A willingness to collaborate and work effectively with other team members is important for achieving departmental and company goals.

6. The ability to adapt to changes in priorities or processes, and to learn new skills and tools quickly, is important in a fast-paced sales and marketing environment

7. Attention to detail is important in maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases and ensuring that all sales and marketing materials are error-free

8. The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines is critical for success in this role

9. A go-getter attitude and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role
