Growing Globe Immigration - Manager - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for counselling the clients, and their enquiries selling Immigration products & services, over the phone, through email & in person.
- Counsel the clients with upgraded immigration information, Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration visa laws & policies. Pertaining to their profile and the chances of immigration.
- Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate's profile.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to meet specific targets assigned,
- Regular follow up on inquiries, Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from day to day activity.
- Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.
- Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets by converting leads and inquiries.
- Sales consultants responsible to maintain communication with clients through phone & email.
- Ensure MIS reports submitted as per TAT.
- Customer Satisfaction through assessing client feedback.
