Grow Interior - Business Manager - Sales (3-5 yrs)
Job Summary :
- As a Business Manager at our esteemed organisation, you will assume a leadership role overseeing the Client Manager team while actively managing a portfolio of Interior Design Clients. Your responsibilities will include leading the team to effectively prequalify and close hot leads, demonstrating excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Moreover, you will play a crucial role in client satisfaction by handling challenging situations with professionalism and intelligence.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Team Leadership :
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Client Manager team to achieve and exceed performance targets. Implement effective performance management strategies, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance reviews
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members' skills in lead prequalification, negotiation, and client management.
2. Client Portfolio Management :
- Manage a portfolio of Interior Design Clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Collaborate with Interior Design Partners to facilitate the closure of hot leads, providing strategic support to the team.
3. Lead Conversion :
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to assist Interior Designers in closing hot leads successfully.
- Act as a strategic advisor to both the Client Manager team and Interior Design Partners in navigating complex client situations.
4. Client Satisfaction :
- Handle challenging or dissatisfied clients with intelligence and professionalism, aiming for effective conflict resolution and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Implement proactive measures to enhance overall client satisfaction.
5. Reporting and Analytics :
- Utilize reporting tools & data analytics to track and analyze team performance.
- Proficiently work with Google Sheets & CRMs to generate insightful reports and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Minimum 5 years of total experience with 3+ years of Sales experience
- Experience in Real Estate domain is an added advantage
