Role & Responsibilities
Experience:
- 6+ years of overall experience
- 5+ years of product management leadership
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders, high growth organisations to define vision, roadmap and driving product delivery
Product Leadership:
- Build and execute the end-to-end product roadmap and strategy for JSW One's sales enablement & customer service platforms
- Bring expertise in working with sales teams to define sales vision and build a strong understanding of internal and external problems to be solved. Define & execute a high impact roadmap
- Define why something should be built and what should be built to solve user problems
- Monitor and keep abreast with industry trends and competitors to identify and respond to new opportunities based on market research, trends, customer feedback and requests, and market demand
- As the business is growing rapidly, drive a well-structured scale up of all team & products
- Visualize and work with the engineering leaders in building strong backend workflow systems and microservices to ensure great user experience
- Actively work with the Sales and Marketing teams in creating the most suitable sales journey for clients of different sizes and categories.
Team and Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate extensively with cross functional leaders across sales, customer service, marketing, & engineering to deliver solutions and for building the most suitable platform for MSMEs and Enterprises.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in CRM & customer service systems
- B2B experience
- Experience in driving adoption of the platform with stakeholder teams
- Hands on experience creating wireframes, information architecture, custom workflows and designs
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Experience in E-commerce industry is a bonus
