Title - Group Product Manager
Location - Hyderabad
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Set marketing direction.
- Organize Ethical product business into portfolios & allocate resources.
- Lead development of Marketing strategy.
- Set up planning, tracking & review systems.
- Follow through on implementation, track to ensure delivery on budget, if necessary with corrective action plan.
- Train team in tracking response to major promotion & evaluating efficacy, cost/benefit for key marketing programs.
- Actively participate in Strategic planning process.
- Define direction for future business.
- Develop long term new product pipeline & lead Product Development process.
- Identify & work on market development opportunities.
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and consultants to create and execute relevant market research programs.
