Group Product Manager - Marketing - Pharma (3-7 yrs)
- Create Short & long term competitive strategy for assigned portfolio after surveying market scenario
- Making visual aid and cycle wise promotional inputs as per brand requirement.
- Develop strategy & periodically review the success of the inputs
- To analyze the market data and interpreting the same to make a robust marketing plan to maximize the market share.
- Coordinate with different departments for the procurement of samples, LBCs and compliments for the distribution to the field force.
- To liaise with various departments particularly Medical & Regulatory, Finance.
- Coordinate with advertizing agency on design and development of Promotion Material
- Prepare quarterly business plan booklet for field, including explanation and detailing
- Coordinate with various vendors to get delivery of promo material as per deadline
- To ensure timely dispatch of inputs across all the field force as per plan.
- Conducting cyclic briefing meeting across the country to analyze the Brand performance and marketing activity implementation status
- Communicate brand strategy to field staff and ensure Implementation
- Product launch, Planning of product mix & benchmarking of assigned brand, & monitoring brands progress.
- Responsible for launching new products & strengthening existing brand portfolio.
- Monitoring and analyzing the primary and secondary sales data etc.
- Making comprehensive brand plan, sales forecasting, positioning, and keeping track of competitor brands and their promotional activity.
- Sales budget Vs achievement - Keeping the record of promotional cost.
- To liaise with various agencies for the conferences and other brand promotion & ensure successful implementation of the same
- Organizing and conducting doctor education seminars, developing - Corporate Doctors- through business development activities.
- Facilitating all the marketing, communication support in order to arrange the KOL doctor's International visit for Symposia, CME programme national level as well as International level.
- Ensuring the ROI from KOL doctors through daily follow-up by sales managers.
- Tracking of various brand wise marketing activity daily basis though phone calls and email, SMS etc.
- Update field employees through periodical circulars about brand target achievement and market trends.
- Ensuring adequate stock availability at distribution centers.
