Group Leader - Sales - Electronic Automation/Mechanical Products (8-10 yrs)

Purpose of Position : The Sales Group leader plays a key role in managing daily sales operations and forecasting sales for our services and products so that the company can devise effective growth strategies to meet the long term vision
Qualification Required : A Master's Degree in Business Administration or similar ( Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication/Electronics is a Plus)

Job Responsibilities :
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, training and performance monitoring of the sales team and inside sales team
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their sales and support needs
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs, and improving customer satisfaction
- Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships for our services and products
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Handle customer escalations and effectively manage customer grievance by coordinating with other teams in the organization
- Implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence by cross selling services and products
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for the entire group
- Develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets
- Liaise with Marketing Team to ensure brand consistency for any direct or indirect customer facing events
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Present sales and expenses reports and forecasts
- Travel to tradeshows and customer meetings across India to develop relationships with new and existing customers
