Group Head - Digital Marketing - Advertising Firm (12-15 yrs)
Brief about the position : This position will be responsible for delivering & achieving performance objectives mutually set with the clients. The position will work on a set of clients & achieve delivery goals in terms of Adex & performance benchmarks. Depending on the size & nature of the group accounts there will be a team of campaign managers, & business analysts working with Group Head.

Candidate Requirements :
Minimum education qualification :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a reputable institute. Post Graduate Degree in Management will be an advantage.
- Relevant Work Experience of 12-15 Years in digital marketing focused on performance-based campaigns
through Google's Advertising Platforms.
- Expertise in operating Google Ad Words & Google Analytics. Minimum 6 years of experience working on
various SEM platforms - Search, Display, Analytics, Data Studio, Webmasters tools.
- Total Budget Managed across all accounts on Google's platform should not be less than INR 1 Cr. /Month. Minimum account budget managed should not be less than INR 20 L / Month.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills, ability to translate campaign insights into presentable reports
- Managerial experience of leading a team comprising of at least 5 team members.
- Candidates who have worked on third-party platforms for operating Google Adwords will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- As group head, the position will be responsible for delivering & achieving performance objectives for the
clients.
- Work closely with Partner Engagement team to deliver campaign plans, performance benchmarks, research reports, performance reports & analysis.
- Responsible for consuming 100% of the booked Advertising spends by the clients while meeting the
performance benchmarks.
- Liaison with product team to convert campaign insights into business requirements for product development & enhancements.
- Play a key stakeholder role in UAT for all product features before implementation on Live Product.
Key Performance Indicators ( KPI's ) :
Booked AdEx : Advertising Expenditure being booked by Sales Teams on existing clients (Repeat
Business & Opportunity to Deliver )
Delivered AdEx : Advertising Expenditure being consumed by delivery teams under the group head. (Delivered )
Clients KPI Achievement : Achievement of Client KPIs
Client NPS / Feedback : Quarterly Feedback from
Clients & Internal Sales Teams on performance.
Compensation : As per Industry Standards.
