Group Head - Corporate Sales - Media (13-15 yrs)
JD- Sales Head- Corporate Sales
- Responsible for revenue generation for our 30 stations from corporate clients
- Managing a team of 2-3 corporate sales resources
- Develop the market, expand and open new categories of clients who may be currently inactive on Radio as a medium
- Maintain existing client relationships and build relationships with new clients/agencies
- Make atleast 4-5 calls every day
- Pitch and develop Non-FCT/activations solutions
- Handhold and develop the team and keep them motivated at all times
- Analyse and present data on key trends in the industry and business
Desired Profile:
- Males only aged below 35 years
- Fantastic connect with clients and agencies in respective markets
- Only from Radio and Challenger TV channels
- Should be in a corporate sales role currently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Preferably a full-time MBA
- 13-15 years of experience of corporate sales
- Prior experience of handling a team is must
