Group Head - Agency - Insurance (6-11 yrs)
Job Description :
The Group Head Agency has the responsibility of :
- Driving sales and achieving the sales target of the Branch Planning
- Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance of each team member (BM) under him against identified targets
- Build required licenses with agreed activisation & productivity goals
- Target Achievement Identifying, recruiting, training & hand holding of ZMAs.
- Drive and achieve sales and advisor recruitment targets
- Build profitable product portfolio
- Achieve agreed persistency targets
- Distribution Efficiency ZMA recruitment advisers activation, productivity revenue generation build MDRT/COT/TOT
- Operational efficiency includes sales & documentation process compliance.
- Customer service compliance, distributor support compliance and learning requirements compliance.
- Drive FTR (First Time Right).
- People Management.
- Training & development of BMs & agency force.
- Conduct regular sales development program for the BM/ Agents.
- Drive various activities for business & recruitment of agents.
- Monitor satisfaction of the region through managing satisfaction of the team, distributors and customers.
- Support & mentor non performing BMs.
- Managing attrition Responsible for at least 70% of the team members to achieve.

- Achieve desired revenue Targets (Branch Profitability within set timelines)
